Privacy notice
What we collect
When you give, we record your name, email, gift amount, date and payment method. When a family applies, we collect the details on the application form, such as the child's first and last name, age, the parent or guardian's contact details and anything you choose to share about your situation. If you create an account, we store your email and a securely protected password.
How we use it
We use donor information to thank you, keep a record of your giving and show it in your account. We use application information only to review applications, plan programs and stay in touch with your family. If you use the gift-matching tool, your interests and budget are sent to an AI service to suggest programs; we do not save them.
Who can see it
Only Within Range staff can see application details and gift records. When you sign in, you can see only the gifts and applications tied to your own email. We do not sell or rent your information.
Payments
Card gifts are processed on the Range Influence donation page and Zelle gifts go through your own bank. We never see or store your card or bank details.
Children's information
Information about children is provided by their parent or guardian and is never shown publicly. We do not publish photos of children without permission.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing us. You can stop using your account whenever you like.
